1. General Policy
This No Refund Policy applies to all services and transactions made through our website, mobile application, physical service centers, authorized representatives, or any other digital platform operated by Bijli Wala Aya (UKVK Services Technologies Pvt. Ltd.).
By availing of our services, making a booking, or making any payment (online or offline), the customer agrees and accepts that no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Service Charges
All service visit fees, inspection charges, and repair costs are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed or the service has started.
If the customer cancels the service after the technician’s visit or once work has begun, the service charge remains payable and cannot be refunded.
3. Advance Payments & Online Bookings
Any advance payment, online payment, or booking amount made for any service or product will be non-refundable, regardless of whether the customer avails of the service or not.
This includes payments collected by:
The official Bijli Wala Aya website or app
Authorized employees or field technicians
Third-party service or payment platforms partnered with the company
In all cases, this No Refund Policy remains applicable.
4. Product Replacement or Warranty
If any installed part or product is found to have a manufacturing defect, the company may provide a replacement within 30 days under warranty, only if the warranty is validated and the part is covered under the applicable warranty terms.
The benefit of warranty will be provided only when the product or part qualifies as per the Warranty Terms & Conditions.
However, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
This warranty applies only to parts installed by Bijli Wala Aya technicians and remains valid for 30 days from the date of installation.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will be considered only in the following verified situations:
The company failed to provide the service due to internal technical reasons.
The booking was cancelled from the company’s side before any service or visit.
Even in such cases, refunds will be processed only after internal verification and may take 7–10 working days.
6. Acceptance of Policy
By using our website, mobile app, or availing of any service through any employee, technician, or platform, you automatically accept this No Refund Policy.
No verbal or written communication by any employee or representative can override this policy.
