Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation
Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
You may cancel a booked service at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time without any cancellation charges. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time will attract a cancellation fee of ₹100 or 10% of the service amount, whichever is higher.Company-Initiated Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances such as unavailability of technicians, natural calamities, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.
2. Product Order Cancellation
You can cancel product orders before dispatch/shipping without any penalty.
Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed. You may opt for return/refund as per our Return Policy.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only when:
The service is cancelled within the eligible period.
The technician fails to provide the promised service.
A defective or wrong product is delivered (applicable to product sales).
For Services: Refunds will be initiated within 3 working days and credited within 7 working days to the original payment method.
For Products: Refunds (after return approval) will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned product in acceptable condition.
4. Non-Refundable Items/Services
Services already availed or completed.
Digital services/products once delivered (e.g., diagnostic reports, online consultations).
Custom-ordered or personalized products.
5. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, etc.). In case of cash payment, refund will be made via bank transfer after verification.
6. Grievances
If you have any concerns regarding cancellation or refund, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of service/product delivery.
