This Privacy Policy explains how Admin App (developed by Vivek Yadav / UKVK Services Technology Pvt. Ltd.) collects, uses, stores, and protects information within the app.

This app is an internal Admin Panel Application designed to manage, view, and update data that appears in the User and Partner applications.

The app does not collect or share any personal information from public users.

2. Data Collection and Usage

The app collects only Admin ID and Password for login authentication.

These credentials are verified with pre-stored values in Firebase Realtime Database or Firestore.

When “Remember Me” is selected, the credentials are stored locally (encrypted) in SharedPreferences for automatic login in future sessions.

The app may temporarily cache images and videos locally for faster page loading. These are not shared with any external party.

No personal information, contact details, location data, or financial data is collected from users.

3. Permissions Used and Purpose

Permission Purpose Reason / Usage Explanation

android.permission.INTERNET To connect to Firebase services and sync data (upload/download). Required for real-time database operations, fetching and saving data, and image/video uploads.

android.permission.VIBRATE To provide haptic feedback on certain admin actions. Used to give a vibration response during success or error events for better UX.

android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE To read images or videos selected by the admin from device storage. Needed when admin uploads media content to Firebase.

android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE To temporarily store images/videos locally. Used for caching media for faster loading and offline view.

All permissions are used only for core functionality of the admin panel.

The app does not misuse, sell, or share any data accessed through these permissions.

4. Data Security and Retention

Locally stored data (like admin credentials) is encrypted and saved in secure SharedPreferences.

The saved credentials are automatically deleted when the admin logs out.

Cached media files are temporary and may be cleared automatically by the system or during app updates.

All backend data is securely stored in Firebase, which provides encrypted data transfer and storage using Google Cloud infrastructure.

5. Data Deletion Policy

Since the app uses predefined admin credentials, no public user data exists.

Admin credentials can be changed or deleted directly from Firebase by the developer.

Any locally stored data (login info or cached files) can be deleted by logging out or clearing app data.
